Would you guess my body fat percentage?

^^^^ does MS affect your workouts?

Makes you tired and weaker and hgh was to help with that mainly, coz i was not able to make exercises anymore. Also to help improve recuperation of lesions while in remission. Some dr. Claim that might even avoid relapses in a certain extend when combined with a proper diet which I'm following.

well I don't know your situation bro with the MS but here is a simple leg workout to play with

aim for 6 reps of each, and don't go heavy you aren't ready to go heavy yet. focus on proper form over going heavy.

4 sets deadlifts
4 sets squats
4 sets cleans
4 sets calves
4 sets front of lower leg

and yes work your legs every 5 days or so. a lot of guys neglect leg day cause its HARD .. worst thing you can do

Why type of MS is it.. my dad has it and cant walk without the aid of crutches. I might look into HGH for him

My type is Relapsing-remitting, I would highly recommend to him to speak with his doc, it made wonders for me. Even the sight of my left eye that I have lost 90% of the vision, is improving amazingly, I can read again with my left eye, thing all doctors told me would be practically impossible! But besides the HGH a gluten free diet is very important to control relapses of the disease, I'm following Paleo diet life stile, since a few months and I think is helping a lot just one month after cutting all the crap foods I was used to eat I could already notice life improvements.

BTW thanks stevesmi for the help I will put in practice the legs workout u gave me, I appreciate!

Man if I could run 6 ius of growth I would blast grams of test. And slin.

Actually I'm running as well, my Neurologist didn't prescribe me, coz she can't, but after lecturing me about pros and cons she said; if I really would want to take it, wouldn't make my disease any worse and actually it's used in some cases, recent study shows that high levels of testosterone was associated with less disability and better cognitive outcomes in patients with recent-onset relapsing remitting multiple sclerosis.

So I'm vouched by my docs for Test and HGH...

Hi guys, it's me again, just to know if I'm in the right path, did anything change? What would you say about my bf%?

Status 5'11" 174 lbs

Even dieting I gain a bit of weight, so I was afraid I'm getting fatter, I try with a Caliper, but really doesn't seem very accurate the numbers I got!

So once again I could use someone with this kind of expertise, what would your experience tell you?

Thanks
