By law it's correct. You may still be charged and have to defend your actions, but by law you have a right to use deadly force if you fear serious bodily injury while being attacked. I know my business....

Yes I am and thanks!........ Unless you mean that you can start a fight with someone and shoot them if you're losing....But, if you are being physically attacked by someone and you fear serious bodily harm, you can kill them.
