Cool, plunk! I used to pay close attention to the local First Robot competitions when I worked at the science museum because the Ed Dept. worked closely with one if the teams.

Here's my latest work. It's a 5-axis (plus a gripper I haven't added yet) arm that should be able to lift around 100lbs with a 4' reach.

So far, it's FIRST legal too. I'll have to carefully read the rules and see if we can make some sort of utility/defensive-only bot.

You need to challenge yourself, and build a lightsaber. This Asian dude from TLC said its possible to build one out of plasma we just need something to contain it. You could forge lightsaber hilts from your in-house lathe and use your abnormally high metachloron count from TRT to contain everything in the hilt. I'm smelling a fortune from Shark Tank on this venture.
