Even though I have more body fat than I like, I still sort of got that V-cut thing going on. I don't store fat anywhere on my body except the lovehandle area. I might be 20 % BF, or I could be 15 %. I don't give a fuck about the percentage, I care what I see in the mirror. And how much I lift at the gym. I'm a powerbuilder who's recently taken a shine to olympic lifting, and I want to see my lifts go up on a slight caloric surplus while hopefully leaning out a bit. Besides, what you goons don't realize is that the body fat percentage is not the most important health parameter. I can barely even remember the last time I was ill. Not even when I was a fat fuck and a couch potato did I have health problems.
