24 years old First cycle 100 eod test prop 8 weeks

stats 24 years old, 180lbs 15% bodyfat, 6ft 1

within two years my goal is 230lbs 7% bf.

the pic in blue shorts he was 195lbs id say 7%bf.

first cycle test prop 100eod for 8 weeks. will the prop give me dry hard muscle mass results like the pic, looking to get to 205 lbs at 15% bf.

second cycle test prop with tren a for 8 weeks , goal loose 15lbs fat gain 5 lbs muscle mass, results 195lbs 7% bf

you are very raw, i would not recommend steroids right now. need to build up your conditioning and get your diet in check. no such thing as get rich quick schemes and no such thing as short cuts in fitness.

need to build up a base for a few years. no way you have been working out very long. your legs are way too skinny, gotta hit the legs harder. get set up on a dedicated training program and give it time

To the OP, at 180 and 15% bf you would be ok to start a cycle if you were maybe 5'7'' but you are 6'1'' bro, so you don't really have a base. Steve here is way shorter and as heavy as you. I'm 3'' shorter than you and almost 30 pounds heavier...

My point is, you need to get your training in order, and start eating right before you look to juice. It isn't a shortcut. All you are gonna do is throw money down the drain man, don't learn the hard way like so many of us did

i take it u know all about the zyzz story, he cycled at 19 , put on 60lbs lean mass in 2 years. it worked for him and he was small when he did his first cycle,

not sure why you think you are ready to juice and that you will somehow go anywhere without your diet and training ..

do you even workout now? looking at your pic i would say you do not. and i'm not being a smart ass I am telling you the truth.

now guess what? when i was younger i was just as skinny as you, maybe even skinnier. i worked out 13 years before i touched steroids.

now if you are 100% serious and want to do things the right way i have 2 links in my signature below.. one is a 3 day workout split.. its generic and easy to follow and its fun IMO. and also i have a bulking diet.. follow both of those for the next 2 years and dedicate yourself and you will look like a new person

don't juice without a base, i am warning you.. it doesn't work man and it backfires 100% of the time

Monday: Chest & Calves
o 4 sets of incline dumbbell press, 8-10 reps
o 3 sets of bench press, 8-10 reps
o 3 sets of incline flies, 8-10 reps
o 3 sets of chest dips until failure
o 2 sets of standing calf raises until failure
o 2 sets of donkey calf raises until failure

Tuesday: Legs
o 4 sets of squats 8-10 reps
o 3 sets of leg press
o 3 sets of leg extensions
o 3 sets of stiff-legged deadlifts suppersetted with leg curls

Wednesday: Biceps & Triceps
o 4 sets of chin-ups suppersetted with barbell curls
o 3 sets of 21's
o 3 sets of close-grip bench press
o 4 sets of pulldowns
o 3 sets of skullcrushers

Thursday: Shoulders
o 4 sets of miliatary press suppersetted with lateral raises
o 3 sets of upright rows
o 3 sets of front raises
o 3 sets of lying rear delt raises

Friday: Back
o 3 sets of wide grip chins until failure
o 4 sets of deadlifts
o 3 sets of bent over rows
o 3 sets of T-bar rows

Sounds like you're gonna do what you wanna do regardless of the advice you are getting from the top people on this board. I'm goning to have to agree with Stevesmi you dont even look like you have ever touched a weight in your life and you feel steroids is the answer to your goals...dead wrong. I know a lot of people that thought your way and paid the price (in a bad way) follow Stevesmi advice and workout plan, hit the gym hard and get your diet in check before you touch an AAS. Idolizing someone who is no longer with us becase they didnt do it the right way is the wrong way to go. And as far as creating an aura when you walk in the room that has nothing to do with what you look like...its how you present yourself and act with others..you are extreamly immature in your thought process.

Why are you even still asking our opinion on what you should do its not like you will listen., we can tell you no Nolva but if you read it somewhere that Zyzz took it then your gonna do that anyway...right???? You seem to know it all and have figured it out yourself so far I think you can get the PCT too.

On the good side.. you will probably be so crippled by the prop you will probably stop after your 1st pin.

Guess what... zyzz may have been been the exception... You don't think thousands of kids do the exact same thing and go nowhere??? If everyone who did steroids at 160lbs ended up like him that would be a different story. but no... Less than 1% do.

and that pic you put up isn't someone who is 180 pounds either. even at 6 foot you would be 140 pounds tops, maybe not even.

when i was 14 i was 5 5 115 pounds. was a weakling. went out for football and got laughed at.

4 years later i was county champion in weightlifting, had a football state championship ring, a D1 football scholarship .. and i did it without steroids.

so whats your point? we all were skinny when we were kids, its actually easier to go from ectomorph as a teen to bodybuilder as an adult because high metabolism can work to your advantage.

you do realize zyzz worked out and ate well right? he didn't just take steroids

sorry look i am serious, i have been lifting since 13, i got a weight set for my b day , but my diet has been shit my whole life, i have a car now and a well payed job for my age so i can afford to buy the food for this clean diet.

can i speak 1 on 1 private i really am serious and have a few questions regarding my cycle, i dont want to annoy people anymore in this thread it wasnt my intention i just want some answers.

when you are ready to put down the idea of steroids and want to fix your diet then hop over to the diet and weightlifting sub forums and post on there.

you are not allowed to ask for advice on AAS at 18.. and even if you were old enough you do not have the necessary base to juice.. no different than someone too fat would be told to lose weight first.. you post on here again you are banned, you PM someone and ask for advice on AAS use you are banned.

we have excellent diet and weight training forums.. USE THEM.

don't blow your load early bro. stay natural. Roids aren't some magical substance that cures everything. its a powerful drug that can mess you up for the rest of life if ran correctly. Learn about perfecting your diet and experiment with different training programs and challenge yourself to get gains naturally. Keep a log book of all lifts and measurements and of your diet. Then later on if u add a cycle of test and proper pct it will pay off so much more. No reason to rush man I promise, I'm 6'2 and I waited until I was 220 and 25 years old before I did a cycle. And that was after years of research.

at 5'7 and 17years old I was bigger than you due to a big caloric diet and hard training without any supplements example creatine,whey,multivitamins or aas, but hey if your gonna do the cycle regardless then its trial and error and go hard with the test prop,but dont expect to be doing all them sets you have in mind let alone train 100% cause without a base you wont have experience and strengh to overcome injection pains, but whatever I see it alot now a days just kids juicing and getting plump then back to being small fatties and not training as much in other words just a bunch of wanna be toys!
