Hi,

I am both new to this forum (first post) and to steroid usage.

I am starting a trend because I new to make sure I'm doing the right thing before I proceed with starting a cycle.

Here is a bit of information about me:

6' tall
140 lbs
Age: 36
Low body fat (probably around 5%)

What I purchased:

Liver Support
Anadrol 50mg (90 capsules)
Dianabol 50mg (90 capsules)
Testosterone Cream 200mg/ml (6 month supply)
DHEA 50mg (90 capsules)

Just to keep it short, I have difficulties gaining weight and maintaining weight.
The most I gained was 15 lbs in 6 months even after health eating and 4-5 day intense workouts. It's like my body is saying, your fine at 140 lbs ... It's discouraging.

I hear great results by using steroids, so after having this in the back of my mind for many years and doing some research, I decided to make my first purchase.

Of coarse I have lots of questions and concerns, an looking for guidance from the experts here on this forum so I can have a safe and pleasant experience.

My goal is to gain 40 - 50 lbs in the next 10 months. I would like to be around 180 - 190 lbs. I'm not worried about fat especially since its easy for me to burn it off. I'm basically just looking for a nice beach body ... Not looking to have the body of a competitive bodybuilder.

Questions:

Did I purchase the right stuff (listed above)?

Is it too much "fire power" for a first time user? Certainly don't want to kill myself.

How should I cycle all of my gear?

Any suggestions on what you would have purchased differently?

I am using liver support for 3 weeks as a pre-cycle, is this wise? Should I consider doing something different?

I hear mixed suggests about post-cycle. Should I use clomid, nolvadex, something else or combinations of products? Should I be using something during the cycle?

I have no interest in having pea sized balls or boobs, so I need to make sure I have the right combination of products and procedure to minimize this. It's totally ok for me to reduce the effectiveness of the juice during the cycle If that means its safer in regards to side effects.

What should I be aware of in regards to my health during my cycle? So basically when I go see my doctor, what do I need him to check for? How often do I need to have a routine check up?

If there is anything I left out that might be important as a newbie, please let me knows.

Thanks in advance!

Dude at 6ft and 140 every ones going to tell u to not even touch steroids and change up ur diet and work out ..

Sell them or put them away for a long while. You 140 and not gaining weight Has to do with not eating enough calories to gain the weight.

Don't say I eat a lot. Every skinny kid including me back In the day would say that. I would honestly thin I was eating the maximum I could eat.

Go to the store buy tons of ground beef, chicken, tuna, fish fillets or steaks, beef steaks, whole wheat pasta, brown rice, ect.

I guarntee if you eat 4000-5000 cals a day you will blow up

36, just updated my trend.

At the time I was eating properly. 5 meals a day, protein shakes, the works. I even hired a nutritionist and the amount of food I had to eat was ridiculous. It was physically impossible to get that much food down and expect to have a good workout.

More food is your answer. Do you really think that if eating the required amount is impossible, that by taking aas you will magically gain weight???

You will only gain by eating the required amount of food, period. Eat.

I understand that i won't magically gain weight, but it seems to take twice the effort to gain weight for me then, for example, a friend of mine who gains weight just looking at food.

I figured that maybe I should start some aas to kick start the growth. Plus what I heard is that aas gives you that drive to eat lots.

So what would be a good health plan in regards to calories and protein? I really don't know how 5000 calories a day is possible especially since last time I was cramming that much food I just felt sick all day. I bet it would be different on aas.

Anyone try out: Somanabolic Muscle Maximizer - Kyle Leon listed on this forum.
Seems like a good resource to having a well balanced nutrition plan.

Most aas arent going to magically increase your appetite so if you are not eating right youll be wasting the gear. Do you actually know how many calories you have been eating?

my man, you are barely alive at 6'0" 140... i guarantee you this, steroids are not the answer for you... you should go to the diet and bodybuilding forum and start working on both of these man... im not trying to be a dick but i promise you, aas are not for you...

Around 3k - 4k

I know your not getting the answers your wanting but unfortunately it's the truth....at 6' 140lbs your starting from nothing. You need a good base to see real results from aas and thats what your lacking. you say your eating 3-4k calories a day but what kind? also what type of workouts are you doing? I can gaurentee that with some squats/leg presses in a couple months you could pack on 10-15lbs of muscle on your legs alone naturally! I no how you feel as I'm a very hard gainer myself, you just need to keep trying till you find what works....one technique I've heard of but never tried is call GOMAD (gallon of milk a day) I've heard of people putting on 10lbs a month with that.

I know that right now aas seems very appealing but with your lack of a proper base you will be disappointed when it's all said and done.

What if he has very low hormone levels?? (" Without testosterone, u might as well roll that bar under the bench ")
What if his health is so poor he has low liver enzymes and thereof if he goes on GOMAD he will just blow liquid shit every 2 minutes and wont gain any weight??...

And what if steroids really are the answer for this man? Not everybody are borned with healthy glands and nerves.

Let me try to explain better what everyone is saying to you;

I understand that you're clearly and ectomorph and weight gain is not easy for you. The problem is that even after doing a cycle, you will have to eat anough calories to maintain the acquired weight or it will simply all be lost given enough time. What everyone is saying is that if you cant keep weight on naturally even eating tons of calories and with a proper trianing routine, then steroids are simply a waste of your money because all of your gains will eventually be lost anyway.

No, thats true, not everyone does. I had low test all through my teens and into my early 20s ( I still do actually), but I was still able to work through it naturally and get to my natural limit without AAS.

I know that the "just because I did it means everyone else can to" thing is bullshit so dont think that thats what I'm saying. But the body's processes are not abrupt, theyre slow and gradual and instant gratification isnt usually possible. It might take a person light the poster or I longer to get the same results, but theyre still obtainable.

If you're correct about the second scenario, then AAS is definitely NOT the way to go. A liver that is already genetically dysfunctional will take serious damage from certain types of juice with or without liver support.

Eat as much of wAtever you want. Your metabolism is so quick you can eat the fat and rich foods I have to avoid.

If I were you I'd be eating bugers steaks pasta salmon and anything else delicious like a protein shake with milk and lots of peanut butter.

You need to gain like 60 pounds

and check thyroid function. if its not that or low test levels (means you then go on HRT for life) then its diet, not a lack of steroids.

I rec for first cycle when ready:
12-15 weeks of teste or cyp (injections) with an AI on hand and PCT ready.
stay away from orals if you can.

good luck

Don't rely on protein shakes they are not food! Eat a shit load and add them in with your meals don't just have a shake as one of your meals its not going to help you at all

you need grocery bags full of food not steroids. 6 feet and 140 pounds at your age. what do you do for a living? this can be a major issue if you work a labor type job

read the bulking thread in my signature below and you need to improve your workouts in the weight room. there is no way you have your diet and training even close to where it needs to be !1!

Going from 6ft, 140 to 190 in ten months wih just one cycle sounds about impossible. Get your natural gains in first. Try to put on 20 pounds or so naturally and then start thinking* juice. Or hell, if you are still able to grow naturally at that point just throw in a pro hormone or two. No need to skip the easier steps just to get to the most fun part, regardless of how tempting it might be. Just MHO :)

I was just Thinking to ask this same thing!....what if this guy like works in a boiler room where it's like 120 degrees!!....

Then the question would be how many calories are you burning a day? To those 3-4k calories you say your putting in.

exactly i bet this is the case... i ran into a guy at the gym who did some bathroom work for me a few years back. he remembered me and said hi. he is skinny as a rail and seeked my help to gain and couldn't figure out why he couldn't put on muscle, reason being is the guy does construction work 8 hours a day 5X per week.. he owns his own business and right now he is digging and piping for commercial companies. anyway the guy can't gain either and I feel bad for him, but when you are outside sweating and burning away every ounce of muscle and fat all day its gonna be impossible to bulk. same reason why endurance runners who run almost everyday are skinny. I told him straight up that was the reason he couldn't gain but I also told him its not necessarily a bad thing cause most of America has desk jobs where they sit around all day and get fat. in his case he should be eating like a horse and even dirty bulk until the weight starts coming in

Still can put on weight I work manual labor high pace job and can get plenty fat/bulk if want too in 3 month summer break. Depends on genetics I suppose losing weight is a pain.

WTF are u guys talking about? Really? I go from a lab job when our plant is running, to a hell of a manual labor job when it's down...(cutting, welding and the like)..all in the most humid environment in the States! All while wearing full safety/fire retardant gear! Please don't tell me or the OP that any of those conditions hinder gaining muscle. If you try to, then i will reconsider everything I've ever learned on this site. Man the fuck up, OP! Eat, lift, supplement and fuckin grow. Excuses are for pussies! Trust me, there are many, many dudes packing on mass in much tougher conditions!

Fucking A, the responses in this thread are what is wrong this country! Good God...I'd expect excuses like these from fags from on welfare. Un fucking believable!

So i jumped the gun a bit. But page 3 this thread is sad. Where u work has no affect on ur muscle growth. Your hours at "said job" do, however. The nature of your work can be overcome as long as u aren't putting in ridiculous hours

Settle down there sparky!....were not talking about everyone we are talking about the OP....we are just trying to give some options of advice. Everyone's metabolism is different but the answer to gaining is the same.

Yeah they already said needs to eat more. If are a real hard gainer a manual labor, active job can make it even more difficult BUT still possible gain weight just at a slower pace.

Haha, yeah, i got a lil fired up. Just got pissed for a bit. But u r right, sparky, everybody is different. ;)

I think you're misunderstanding what they're saying.........they arent saying that having a manual labor job is an excuse to stay skinny, they're just saying that working a manual labor job, you need to eat more calories to maintain muscle mass than someone with a desk job. Thats not opinion its just biology - they were just advising the poster that if he were to, say do a cycle or two and get up to 160 lbs, that without eating enough to support his new muscle mass AND counteract the calories burned in his work day or its a waste of his time, money, and effort.

P.S.: I just about pissed my pants at your welfare comment :FRlol:
