Cautious 1st Cycle

My stats are:
Age:34
Weight:72kg
Height:5ft 11
B/fat: 19%
Training time: 15 years

After going through cancer 2 years ago I went through chemo and then had my left testicle removed. Since then training has been hard and I have not been able to put on weight or mass. Also muscles are not as pumped and solid as they used to be. I had my test levels checked and they are 290 which i know us low.
I just want to boost my test levels so don't feel so tired and also start seeing the results of all my hard work in the gym. I also want more definition and harder solid muscles.
My friend suggested taking sustanon 259 every 2 weeks for the next 20 weeks and also HCG 500ui every 5 weeks and then take 2 months off. He said there no need for PCT because the dose is so low.
Can anyone advise if this ok and safe?

your friend is completely fucked up with his advice... no pct? completely ridiculous! 20 fucking weeks! man do not associate with him anymore in regards to aas because he is going to end up getting you hurt... your body fat is too high at this point to be running any sort of cycle... you need to focus on getting that down to at least 15% before you start running any sort of cycle...

Dylan is right, that's dangerous advice, you'd be in the shutdown from hell after 20 weeks and with your natural test already low and no PCT... Asking for serious trouble... Have you considered approaching a doctor for TRT?

Yes the doctor said it is within normal range so wont prescribe me TRT. What would you guys suggest is a safe low dose that will help me overcome my lack of gains. Why is body fat % do important?

Having a low body fat is important for numerous reasons when bringing aas into the picture. For one it increases your chances of gyno, that aside guys who have a lot of body fat, are more prone to have high estrogen levels due to aromatase activity. increased estrogen level has been linked to a host of disorders, including decreased insulin sensitivity and blood glucose problems. This taken into consideration also consider the fact of putting on more muscle mass on top of body fat and it's going to make your heart work harder, putting more stress on it, to pump the blood where it needs to go.
If you lower your weight a touch in the gym and go for more reps and less weight, throw a good amount of cardio in, adjust your diet to low carbs and sugars, you should be ready for aas in literally no time. All in all though high bf is a big no no.
In the meantime to help get you out of the rut your in with low energy try running some unleashed and daa and see if it helps with test levels. I know ur already behind because of your surgery, but I feel at the least the daa is worth a shot. Also throw in some b12 injections. It's like a natural pre workout and def helps.

This forum suggests using the following as a safe low dose:
Sus 250 every 3 weeks
Total cycle length 12 weeks
HCG 500ui after last injection
Nolvadex 7 days after HCG 100mg, 60mg after 10 days, 40mg after another 10 days.
Taking 12 weeks off after last sus injection.
Anybody agree with this?

you just came off cancer.. i wouldn't touch hormones right now or anything that can potentially grow cells. the research is sketchy and i cannot point you to anything proving this but trust me i beleive this to be true. its only common sense that you still have cancer cells in your body that are ripe to grow and hormones could ignite them.

you will need a pct if you run sustanon for 20 weeks. 125mg a week will 100% suppress your natural testostone. if anything you should seek the advice of a TRT doc and make sure he is aware of your cancer history and then you need to make a decision if you want to go on TRT and risk getting cancer again.. if i was in your shoes i would probably go the TRT route and take the risk but i would also be checking in with the cancer doc constantly and the first sign of cancer growth i would stop all the hormones immediately

what was the reason for you getting cancer at such a young age anyway? that is very unusual and obviously you are prone to it for whatever reason. not sure if you were exposed to carcinogens or what

Thanks Noodles. Good advice. Think I will wait till my bf comes down to 15% then. I am currently taking HCGenerate, DAA and Forma Stanzol which has made a slight difference but not worth talking about.
What do you think is the right dosage for the sus?

It was testicular cancer and I was told I was just unlucky. I don't drink or smoke and have always led a healthy lifestyle. I guess I just want my body back to where it used to be. I have regular check up every 3 months in case cancer cells do occur. This why I thought trying gear will increase my test levels back to where they used to be.
