Test Cyp/Tren A Cycle Log

Bro you need major adj to Pct follow what blueor seemper posted maybe add hcgenerate to pct amd id add hcg during cycle. Me personally would not start adex or.caber unless you see sides..some may disagree but I've ran numerous test tren cycles without needing Rutger
 
I am 24 years of age 6'1 237 lbs. BF% 15. Been trainging for 10 years

My Goals are:
1. Lower Body Fat%
2. Gain Strength without much weight gain or if any.

I know alot people say diet is everything. My diet is pretty good. I make sure I eat clean.

Example of diet in day.
Breakfast 6am to 8am 1 cup oatmeal, 2 boil eggs, 2 turkey sauges, protien shake, banana
Brunch 9am to 11am tuna sandwich, apple or nuts or berries,
lunch 12 to 2pm some type of fish usually talipa or salmon or 2 chicken breast, baked sweet potato, cup of broccoli
Mid snack sames as brunch
Dinner same Lunch
10 pm. casien protein shake at bed
yes I am taking protein shake right after I workout

A guy suggested to me to do a cycle of test cyp and tren cycle. I have been researching for a about 5 months now. Im in a competition that requires strength and endurance. Alot of people on the forums say stay away from tren if you need any type of endurance. Ive heard people say that many people who endurance are effected use to much tren.

My question if i did a cycle of tren at low dosage and test cyp. Do you have a recommended dosage that would be effective enough to accomplish my goals in strength Bf% lose, without endurance loss.

Start your own thread. Dont jack someone elses. But to answer your questions, you dont need to run tren at all until youre experienced with other steroids first. And your diet needs work also. You need to be taking in complex carbs throughout the day. You also need to eat more whole foods and only have a shake after your workout.

I also didnt see you list any post workout carbs. You need 50g simple carbs after your workout, a white potato is best for dieting bc it will spike your insulin levels, but not with refined sugar. The more whole foods you eat, the better your body will respond and grow, or burn bodyfat.

And if youre dieting, i wouldnt take in any foods really close to bed time. I know alot of ppl who will disagree but im a firm believer that you dont need to go to bed full. And you also need to know how many calories youre taking in, and your macros. This is beneficial bc if you notice you need to change something in yiur diet, youll know exactly where to pull caliries from, or in some very rare cases, add calories.

But i definitely think youre not ready at this moment to run any cycles. You also didnt list anything for prolactin or estrogen/progest sides
 
My fault new to website. I take this complex carb called vitargo before and after i workout. Check it out is known as one of the best carbohydrates. just for info would low dose tren mess with cardio? Preciate the advice.
 
the only reason i didnt mention of them is because estrogen sides because i didnt think it was relevant to my question. Just giving background info. Trying to see if low dose tren would effect cardio and give good results. Just doing research for future purposes. Planning a head thats all. Preciate the advice on the diet will tweek some. That was example of the diet. I also mix pastas and brown rice in for lunch and dinner
 
dont get me wrong i appreciate this site and most the people on here but from what ive seen there are too many dudes ready to jump on other dudes sayin "you dont know what youre doing" lol. i know for a fact that there are other "bros" that claim to be experts or carded bodybuilders that are just some dumbass teenager.

for the detailed and more critical folk i already posted doses but here it all is again with length:

1-15 Cyp 300mg x2
1-7 Tren A 50mg (possibly up to 75mg) EOD so thats 200mg-300mg a wk

as for the adex ive run it before but ive heard you may not even need it at my low dose, the same for the caber. im not running 400mg of tren like the "others" lol
