I'm in a lean diet routine. What protein shake would you????

If i'm cutting then go whey isolate. Any tasty brand will probably do. I go the Protein Factory route... it mixes so ez, tastes awesome and is one of the cheapest out there.

cinnamon bun & cake batter :)

When I have any sort of supplemental protein drink throughout the day, its always whey to build muscle... the only time i have something different is right after my workout... i always go with a whey isolate only... do not use milk with it on a cut though, use water only...

i strictly use peanut butter crunch in my egg whites when i cook them... it is so fucking good bro... you must try it!

Yeah I'll probably get some why isolate. Anyone know of a good place to get this? Online good price.

And or peanut butter eggs! Hmm

I have been using Allmax casein and Allmax Isolate.... really good products, super Low on the carbs and sodium compared to many.

I'm currently cutting and here's what my protein shake consists of...

12 oz water
50g of unflavored 90% whey protein isolate
2 tablespoons psyllium fiber powder
1 teaspoon fat free/sugar free banana cream instant pudding (for flavor)

Any whey isolate is going to be the best on macros for cutting, but a quality whey blend won't be much different. We are only talking trace amounts of fats and carbs difference that won't matter in the grand scope of things, especially when you consider price. Whey isolates are expensive. I bulk, cut, whatever always with the same protein....whey to build muscle. Its priced right, tastes great, and mixes well with water ;)
