Elite veterans, am I doing it right?

25 , 6'0 195 10% bf ish

1-24 sust 300 / week
1-24 eq 300/week
1-24 mast Enanthate 300/week
1-24 Ostarine 12.5 mgs/day
1-forever lol thymosin beta 4 2mgs/ month ( after load phase)
1-6 var 60mgs/day 18-24 60 mgs/day
1-forever need2guard full serving
3-24 hcgenerate 4 caps/day
1-6 18-24 wielder Krea-genic German creatine
1-24 CLA
1-24 l carnitine l tartrate
Everyday 5g high quality fish oil
Everyday progressive phyto berry
Everyday progressive veggie greens

Oh and adex .25 / day for now .. Adjusting as required

I am in week 3 and am nothing shirt of amazed with how things are turning out, I am actually in week 4 of tb500. I started early. Goals are to slowly gain size strength and explosive power geared towards athleticism 210 would be a nice weight going no higher than 12% bf. staying at 10% would be even better.

I work a construction shift 14 on 7 off
Quite physical carpentry work and train 6 days a week after work sometimes more. No alcohol while on cycle no adding this or that during cycle going to stick with the plan. Other than saying my cycle is too long, is there any other criticism? Of
Course if I feel things are not
Going as planned I will stop.

Example of diet
5 am meal 1. 25 grams whey mixed with 1.5 cups raw oats , slice of brown toast with 2 eggs over easy, 3 slices tomato, half cup cooked oatmeal with handful of blueberries

10am - 1 cup raw oats /25 grams whey, 10 egg whites, half can tuna salad mixture ( celery, cucumber), handful of almonds

130 pm , 1 cup raw oats mixed with phytoberry, 1 can sardines low sodium, 10 egg whites , bunch of celery

4pm ( pre workout), 1 cup oats 35 grams whey

530 workout, 20, minutes high pace cardio followed by 40-60 minutes explosive exercises , somedays I just pump up to let the body rest but hit curls and pullups , less demanding work. Also throw in the odd 5x5 strength day. I stretch and hit core everyday aswell

Total calories unknown but protein is high and I work hard all day fat is reasonable and carbs are high

I hope I don't add too much fat I'd like to be like that but a solid 15 lbs more just be a tank out on the football field or rugby/ lacrosse run people over ;)

Woooooowzers. If it were me tho Id cut cycle at 20weeks start mast e on week 8-10 also id run var on back end too. Id also bump eq to 400 and mast to 400

Dat a long ride. Got off one of those not so intense tho. eq ull love! Fun cycle just long. Only thing I dont like is long cyc long healing process.
 
the cycle itself is not bad, its just the length of time and a few dosages that need fixed... your eq is too low and so is your mast... fuck you could take mast to 500 week and eq to 400... bro, understand there's no need to run a cycle that long... your going to have such a long recovery ahead of you and its going to be really hard for you to have to wait that long to run your next cycle as well... 16 weeks is sufficient... more and longer is not always better... your already making sweet gains... don't make the long term harder on you to where its harder to keep what your working so hard for...

Ps id increase mast dosage but with eq at 400 I'd be at a g a week already. And I spent alot getting all this stuff too.

Lol heck no I am no bill gates. I meant 1000mg of gear / week. I'd say everything for 24 weeks which I already have purchased was around 1500. I have a good friend who hooks me up with some good gear too so I think the damage coulda been much worse. Support supps /tb500/ Anavar are the bank breaker but I work hard for my money I don't have many hobbies other than playing sports and pumping iron so I treat myself hahaah yeeeah!

yeah reduce the length.

as you can see you don't have to run a 24 week cycle to see results. plus you don't want to strain things too much on cycle.. you are still young and have many years ahead of you so no reason to go all in at 25.

you went into cycle with low body fat and now your vascularity really showed up

you need to go with the first option you put here bro... it doesn't matter if you lower the dosages and stay on longer, your still on and that's just adding to recovery time plus the gains are not going to be as strong that late in the cycle with a lower dose... you need to get it out of your mind that longer is better bro... there's no need... do it right and you will come out of this with some sweet gains... don't ruin that by getting greedy bro...
 
whats the longest cycle you have ran?

have you ever run eq and/or mast?

some people will do better 'tapering' dosages near the end of the cycle.. especially on eq/deca or any other long lasting test..

just think as long as it takes for those drugs to 'peak' it takes just as long for them to go back to baseline....

I ran eq and test Enanthate at 400 each for 14 weeks, 17 by the time pct started. I recovered fine with hcg clomid and DAA 2 years ago. Only thing I did wrong was I didn't eat enough! I have never ran mast enanthate .

Dylan, I will take your advice , I guess by the time it's all out it will have been 19 weeks on anyways. I have never had any trouble recovering post cycle I've ran 3 previous cycles . All with proper supps and pct ( used nolva first cycle but ive since then gained more knowledge and no longer use it. ) the long 14 weeker was a quick recovery too believe it or not but I wont take it for granted and will treat this one with the respect it deserves.

Just as an update I feel huge already lol and I have finally learned how to properly eat while on! Bring on the gains !! I still run and do sprints / bike sprints on a daily , every other day basis seems to keep the gains Lean thus far.

And Judo, do the long esters not act as a natural taper off anyways or would you suggest a longer taper , like pin half the amount, next time a quarter of the amount exc...

Is it normal to not be able to stop eating after only 3 weeks or so on eq? I don't recall it being this quick acting my first go, and I've only been on 300 this far. I forgot to mention I've been taking b12 high potency sublingual tabs also. But I can't stop eating lately it's surreal...

That's definitely a side effect bro... its pretty early but should definitely be expected

Thx for the quick reply , I remember last time after about week 6 my hunger was unbearable, I would eat a loaf of wonder bread and a quarter jar of peanut butter , and still have room for mass almonds stuffed into my peanut butter bread, if this is what happens again lol I'm in serious trouble haha

Precisely, I lose energy when I eat like that and my workouts suffer
If I gain too fast or have too much water weight ! Today and tomorrow are cut days just to flush out and re evaluate

Eq was designed for animals who had no appetite. So eq can give you one it did not for me.

B12 will increase appetite too!

see you are a step ahead because you ran eq already and you ran it for a long time and recovered well. I would stick w/ that and you can be pretty confident it will work out again. I would just stock some extra pct goodies in case you have to double up or run a longer pct.

but some people do better if they switch to prop or short esters at the end of the cycle and run then for a few extra weeks which really helps ensure that the long esters are out of the system.

Thanks for your help Judo I will probably switch to prop at the end as I do have some. If anyone has more suggestions I am all ears I am always wanting to learn you can never know enough .
