First sus cycle

Ok guys. I posted my original idea a while back. But here is my final decision on how to rum my first cycle.

Here's some stats
5'9"
170lbs
11%bf
32 yo

Goals
Gain about 10 pounds of lean muscle mass and keep it.

Diet is spot on. Low sodium 300 protein under 100 fats and 250 carbs per day. (this will vary slightly of course) but i do know what to eat and what not to.

Week 1-10
Sus 250 125mg e3d

Week 3-12
Aromasin 12.5mg eod

Week 12-16
Forma
Unleashed/post cycle
Clomid 25/12.5/12.5/12.5

How does that look?

How does that look?

There are a few things here. I think you should definitely increase your calories as that is not a lot currently, aim for around 3,000/day at your current stats. Look at around 40/40/20 (protein/carbs/fats) for your macros and keep sodium low.

Also I would bump the sust to 12 weeks since you won't start to notice gains till about week 5. I would also suggest bumping the sust to around 500mg/week. At 250mg that is more along the lines of a trt dose and you would be better off adding in more sust. Also, your aromasin dose is too high. Remember you want to control the estrogen but not get rid of it since it is a key part of adding muscle and keeping your body in balance. with dosing like that you will drop your estrogen levels too much, I would say somewhere around 12.5mg a week (done eod like you want but totaling 12.5mg) would be fine.

Pct looks good.

Push it to 12 weeks with sust.. pinning 250ml twice a week is ideal but if you want go 500 split into 3 shots its up to you.. sust was designed to be injected less frequently.. don't get impatient cos it will take a while to kick in..

I don't think I need to go up to 500 a week. I trying to not make it to obvious. I'm having good results so far. Body feels warm, increased libido. Feeling stronger.

In my second week by the way...

So I'm currently around 375mg per week. And I'm feeling great.
 
I'm on a sustanon cycle right now and I love it (600mg a week) I really didnt notice much until week five! But after my research, I'm injecting 2 times a week. Sustanon is made to not need so many injections. If you want to pin three times a week, you might as well just use test prop imo.

I would also stay on longer. Sust take weeks to kick in. So your cycle will feel short.

Last thing, the other member is right. You need more calories.

Last thing. 375 will help you out a lot. Most people say 500. But I did a 200mg a week and a 300mg a week cycle and got great gains from it!

My suggestion is to use all the advice, the 125 is too low IMO. The 375 is great for the first few weeks, then I'd approach 500. Reasoning is the androgen receptor activates PI3k which activates AKT then mTOR (and eventually downstream protein synthesis machinery). These pathways have multiple feedback circuits and inhibitors, which will all start to gain traction as your cycle progresses. Androgen receptors are also found in very high concentrations in satellite cells, which are muscle stem cells that will become part of the muscle if conditions are right for long enough. This is the reason for the delayed gains even though injections hit almost full serum blood levels by (I think) the end of the first 24 hours.
 
I know you can gain off of 375 mg week. I ran 250 my first cycle and gained almost 20 lbs and kept 12+. Diet, training, and rest are everything. Its up to you, if you keep it at 375, you can run 500 next time. The pct looks solid, but if you need to start it 3 weeks after last pin. Sus lingers in the system awhile. You dont want to start pct while its still running in your system. This will prevent recovery and waste gains.

i think it looks good for the most part bro... i also would run sust at least 12 weeks... your cutting yourself too short only using it for 10 weeks... i think you could at least look at bumping to 500 at some point but if your making the gains you want at 375 then there's no reason to change it if your happy with it... pct looks great but like joe said, you may want to wait at least 18 days to start pct with sust... otherwise i think it looks good bro... aromasin EOD will not hinder gains and will help with the bloat that tends to come along with sust... good luck bro
 
I would also look at adding in hcg or hcgenerate 4 weeks into cycle. Based on feedback I would then say bump to 375 and if you want to later on go to 500mg/week.

Biggest thing though is to up your food intake like I said earlier.
