Couple of Questions About Oral Steroids

I dont think your soy milk is stopping you from growing lol..... If you posted your diet up on other forums why dont you post it up in this thread here..... Copy paste easy.
Not many people knowingly drink a gallon of a chemical called pytoestrogen every day bro. In my personal opinion, I don't think a little soy milk is going to give a noticeable change but in my case I drink a boatload lol. As I mentioned in my previous posts, I've had my diet ran through by so many people in diet and bodybuilding forums and nutritionists in real life that I don't want to have a chapter 2 of the same stuff. That's why I had this posted in the steroid section asking strictly about steroids and not about diet. However, if after 2 weeks and I don't see a noticeable change in my mass naturally with the soy milk out of my diet, I promise you I will post my diet again for all to analyze.

I can assure you that you will not gain much. And whatever you gain or see improvements on you will lose after a few weeks off cycle. Do you log your food??? I heard you put that you consume maple syrup and olive oil like its food? Why? Like you said, you already have those oral on hand and you are going to run it regardless. Frankly I don't know why you posted. Good luck man! Let me know how your little balls turn out.

Yes I do indeed log my food. I use maple syrup and olive as supplements to ensure that I am well over my caloric and fat, carbs, and protein requirements. I get my protein from salmon, canned tuna, eggs, mixed nuts, whey, and a gallon of milk [it used to be soy but as of today it is no longer than case]. I am a firm believer that I would rather have my calories a lot higher than necessary just in case of rounding errors and nutrients underestimation by manufacturers.

Obviously, I'm not going to run the orals in the near future in light of this soy milk thingy. My decision was based on the fact that I honestly thought I hit a dead upper limit and will refuse to get bigger no matter how much I ate. I already explained in my apology post that I used to make very noticeable weight gain until around the time frame I switched to soy milk, so I do believe it is the culprit, but then again nothing in life is certain, so I will use myself as a lab rat to test out this theory. Now that i look back, I also remember around that time frame that I get soft fast during sex and it used to stay hard for a long time :(

If I do gain weight naturally with the soymilk removed, I will of course follow Dylan's advice and perhaps use the steroid once I hit 175-180, if I'm going to use it at all.

here's the problem though bro... you are consuming maple syrup and olive oil as supplements to exceed caloric deficit where you need it to be coming from actual food sources... im not sure who told you to go about things in the way you are but its bad advice... i assure you, if you switch these calories to ACTUAL FOOD you will notice a major difference...

Dylan has hit the nail on the head here. You need WAY more whole food sources in there. A high protein diet with lots of meat, eggs, cottage cheese, and Greek yogurt are what you are after. Try eating your calories instead of drinking them, and that will help you gain.

Some good carb sources thrown in will help too like oats, sweet potatoes, and rice.

Thank you guys for all your very helpful replies.

So I want to give a status update and ask a few questions. So I have been avoiding soy products for about 3 weeks now, and I've gained about 8.5lbs (mostly muscle and some fat). Here's the timeline- about 1 week after discontinuing soymilk while keeping everything else constant, I notice I started to gain noticeable weight, so I guess it must have been the soy milk. After that one week, I start following advice from people here to eat more solid food and cut down on "drinking them" in order to maximize my weight gain. I However, there are a few things that just doesn't make sense to me.

1) When I first stopped consuming a gallon of soymilk a day, about 3 days later at the gym, I did some warm up sets with 50% of my regular workout weight, I felt discomfort in my right knee joint while doing squats, and my right elbow joint when doing dumbbell bench press, again with about 50% my work out set. Both happened on the same day, and I've never had any joint problems prior to that, and note that this happened during my warm up set. I'm just wondering what could have possibly cause my sudden joint issues? And what can I do to repair them? Please note that I haven't taken any steroid.

2) For the past few months before I cease drinking soymilk, I've always wake up in the middle of the night because my hands were SUPER dry and I had to apply lotion. I notice that my hands no longer gets significantly dry when I sleep, which is a good thing because I don't wake up in the middle of the night anymore to apply lotion. Does this have to do something with the soymilk? I'm just wondering if there's a connection between the two?

Thanks

dylangemelli, I really appreciate your concern for my well-being. However, I believe that my "underweight" has very little to do with my diet. I'm an ectomorph so I'm naturally a skinny person. I eat about 250g of proteins a day, 300g of carbs, and drink a lot of olive oil and I always flunctuate between 155-160 lbs for like 6 months now :( I know a lot of my friends hate me cause they are trying so hard to lose weight and I'm struggling to gain lol.

I know those steroids I listed are not considered as bulking steroids, but I have no doubt they will increase mass, although not significantly. I already have all 3 of those in my possession, and with all due respect, I've already think long and hard about this for many months now, and got my mind made up about whether or not to use it, which is not something which I take lightly. I just thought I can just ask for advice given my cirumcumstances. Thanks.

I know lots of guys who struggle to gain naturally, and its hard, no doubt about that. Try eating 4000 calories a day (possibly more if youre working out that day) for a month or two along with posting a sufficient training routine. If you dont put on any weight, you will have convinced me that you need help with it.

There is also the reasearch chemicals road........GHRP-6 is a great bulking agent and appetite stimulant. OSTA sarms is also great for bulking - completely anabolic in its nature. You could try those before trying orals or PHs.

I get all my Sarms from Sarmsearch - real results come from real quality.
