Couple of Questions About Oral Steroids

Hello everyone. I'm wondering which ones of these 3 orals are the best for putting on mass, assumming cost is no object: Turinabol, Anavar, and Primo.

I'm 25, 5'10", 160lbs, 10% bf, 47% muscle mass (according to my BIA scale)

I've never done steroid before, and spent a majority of my time the past few days doing research and reading about them. I train in the gym 3 times a week doing mainly compound exercises with some bicep curls. I chose the 3 choices above because those are the supposedly safest(?) with little side effects and easy on the liver, and I do recreational rock climbing and gymnastics (no competition) so obviously I don't want something intense like A-bombs or Dbol where if my research is correct, it will cause massive low quality gains and water retention and bloating and will reduce my high flexiblity and make it more difficult doing my recreational activies. What I want is just solid muscle gains and strength where I can keep most of it, if not all, after my cycle.

I eat a lot of eggs, tuna, salmon, nuts, veggies, and fruits, almost daily, and take protein and dextrose/maltodextrin supplement, and pour olive oil over some of my food.

2nd question: If I were to stack two of the above steroids, which two would be the most effective at gaining muscle mass and strength?

Last question: I've read a couple of times that you can get pumps from steroid usage and that it can be painful. I know this is a stupid question cause I can't seem to find the answer by searching, but WHAT IS A PUMP exactly??? Thanks for your help!

first things first bro... you have no business even considering taking any sort of steroid... you are so far underweight its ridiculous... you have so much room to grow naturally... there is no point for you to take anything right now... you could easily put on 20-30 lbs. naturally... that's how fucking undersized you are...

you also ask about putting on mass yet all the things you listed are not mass builders... you are nowhere near ready for any of this... go to the diet forum and get the real help that you need man... this is not the area you need to be right now...

Dude if your really want to do steroids try something like test e most orals are crap alone a test cycle would be far superior to them also do a lot more research before doing any thing use the search bar for pct ect stick around for a while there's no rush really..
But remember to get bigger you need more food if you eat for 160lb you'll stay 160lb regardless of the steroids you'll just add weight then end up back 160lb you need to add more calories good luck hopefully you'll stick around and do some research first.

dylangemelli, I really appreciate your concern for my well-being. However, I believe that my "underweight" has very little to do with my diet. I'm an ectomorph so I'm naturally a skinny person. I eat about 250g of proteins a day, 300g of carbs, and drink a lot of olive oil and I always flunctuate between 155-160 lbs for like 6 months now :( I know a lot of my friends hate me cause they are trying so hard to lose weight and I'm struggling to gain lol.

I know those steroids I listed are not considered as bulking steroids, but I have no doubt they will increase mass, although not significantly. I already have all 3 of those in my possession, and with all due respect, I've already think long and hard about this for many months now, and got my mind made up about whether or not to use it, which is not something which I take lightly. I just thought I can just ask for advice given my cirumcumstances. Thanks.
 
Lol you're eating nowhere near enough no wonder you're struggling to gain. Does that not tell you something? And 3 workouts a week is fairly basic

Thanks for the advice. The thought of injectable steroids is not something that I would consider a possible option, although I don't doubt its superiority over orals.

Do you by any chance know what exactly is the "pump" you get from steroid, as mentioned in my first post?
 
Hey bro I feel for you I have a mate who struggled to gain. Similar stats to yours.
When we broke down his diet it was no where near enough calories.
If you don't mind can you post your diet plan and calories this will determine if your diet will be sufficient to bulk up on steroids.
 
i don't see any carbs in your diet and you want to bulk? eat oatmeal and pasta everyday on top of what you already eat and u'll gain weight bro!
 
i mean what do i know? ive only been doing this a decade... i only study nutrition on a daily basis...im only a certified nutritionist... i only have a masters degree... i mean, fuck me, how would i know anything about diet? bro, you are completely clueless... your diet is completely off... you are nowhere near ready to be taking steroids... it may not be what you want to hear, but its the truth... you CAN put on much more weight naturally... you need to learn exactly how to eat to do it... and my friend, you just don't know how at this point... its okay but you need to learn that first before anything else...

I understand where you are coming from with your post, as that is common believe that if you eat a lot, you will gain wait. I've tried for a couple of weeks to eat like a madman, ~450g protein daily, 600g carbs, and literally drink a couple of cups of olive oil a day, I gained 1 pounds in 4 weeks. It was lost shortly afterward cause eating was like a full day job lol and I was force feeding myself to the point where I couldn't shove it down anymore. I knew realistically that is not something that I can sustain indefinitely. I'm an ectomorph, and I've searched all over google on an ectomorph diet and although I'm sure it has worked for some, it hasn't work for me. Not everyone is the same.

I work out every other day. I don't need to workout more often than that. You build muscle when you are resting and not at the gym. Working out just give your muscle the stimulation to hypertrophy and get stronger. That's why stay out in the sun, you don't get a tan immediately. It takes quite a while for your cells to adapt to the stress at the cellular level for you to see a noticeable change.

I really appreciate you trying to help bro, but I'm not really asking for diet or workout advice though lol. There is no one diet/workout plan fit all. Everyone is different.
