Hello everyone. I'm wondering which ones of these 3 orals are the best for putting on mass, assumming cost is no object: Turinabol, Anavar, and Primo.
I'm 25, 5'10", 160lbs, 10% bf, 47% muscle mass (according to my BIA scale)
I've never done steroid before, and spent a majority of my time the past few days doing research and reading about them. I train in the gym 3 times a week doing mainly compound exercises with some bicep curls. I chose the 3 choices above because those are the supposedly safest(?) with little side effects and easy on the liver, and I do recreational rock climbing and gymnastics (no competition) so obviously I don't want something intense like A-bombs or Dbol where if my research is correct, it will cause massive low quality gains and water retention and bloating and will reduce my high flexiblity and make it more difficult doing my recreational activies. What I want is just solid muscle gains and strength where I can keep most of it, if not all, after my cycle.
I eat a lot of eggs, tuna, salmon, nuts, veggies, and fruits, almost daily, and take protein and dextrose/maltodextrin supplement, and pour olive oil over some of my food.
2nd question: If I were to stack two of the above steroids, which two would be the most effective at gaining muscle mass and strength?
Last question: I've read a couple of times that you can get pumps from steroid usage and that it can be painful. I know this is a stupid question cause I can't seem to find the answer by searching, but WHAT IS A PUMP exactly??? Thanks for your help!
