didn't plan on it or want to.
the butt-ranger limped it to the dealer, gears grinding in the tranny woulda been expensive at least 2k from the cheap mechanic i know, close to 3k at the ford dealer.
sucks cause i put a lotta extra money into it over the years that of course i didn't get back on the trade in.
exhaust
intake
big shiney rims and meat tires
suspension lift
i was hoping to hold on to it and pay cash at the end of the summer for something fuel efficent (i'm cash rich in october) but it wasn't meant to be.
so now i'm pushing a new focus (9 miles on her)...most of the fixings, loving the fuel economy...120 mile round trip to work up and down a windy mtn river road, the 14 i got in my truck just wasn't cutting it.
they were so hungry to sell me a new f150 and i almost did it, glad i didn't though...

My car took a shit on me a few years ago when I had just started my new job. I was saving enough to make a down payment on the new (at the time) Dodge Challenger. Had about 3 months left of saving when I calculated. Unfortunately I needed transportation asap so now I am stuck with a Chevy Impala '07. Nice car, didn't want it though.

dealer had me buy the balls, when i tried to bargain with them the salesmen politley said i could take my business elsewhere, but i can't leave my truck in their parking lot and would have to have it towed somewhere.
he even recommended a towing company...i live about 65 miles from this dealer
he knew i needed something, fuck at first he was trying to get me in a super duty 250...
