Is your hair "dreamy" today?

my hair flowed dreamily and softly with the top down on the car today

but this is a man thread isn't it

Of course not :(
WTF is redsam doing here? No plunk around to tell him to suck it

Sent from my VM670 using EliteFitness

maybe hes plunkeys nemesis because they both have dreamy hair

I suspect not...but it could be troo

HEY HEY HEY...my husband rocks the high and tight...no matter how much I try to convince him otherwise

go easy

My hair's about 1/8" long. I'm not sure how dreamy that could be, even if I was having a good hair day I doubt anyone could tell.

Mine is. My fave hair is hot roller hair on me & thats what I did today.

Not that all the men around here have any idea what I'm talking about. Lol

Pics! I used hot rollers today; I do most days, but my my hair is extra dreamy using just a curling iron. It just takes too long to style it that way regularly. My sister just sent me a video of herself styling her hair using the chi like you told me last year. Lol.

I didn't see this til today :( but here's a second day picture.

I use hot rollers most days too, but usually combined with straightening iron curls...I usually do both so they aren't all exactly the same size & shape. I like straightening iron curls better than curling iron ones, unless I'm using a big curling iron or if I'm using one of those wands....have you tried those? I don't have time to use solely a curling iron in the morning though. Eff that.

Thanks  It took me a little while to master the chi curls. It's the only way I do my bangs these days, though...unless I totally straighten my hair which is pretty much never.

How do you deal with humidity down there? That is my main problem; I have naturally curly hair, like super tight ringlets but the look is so wild I don't wear it that way. My hair frizzes up big time in the summer. I still have not found the perfect product to stop that. Drives me CRAZY! Lol.

Mines a hot mess I went to bed with slightly damp hair. My hair is naturaly curly/wavey when I looked in the mirror I was like holy crap I need to put this mess in a messy bun.

ololololol!

@ wimmenzs with curly hair trying to straighten it and wimmenzs with straight hair trying to curl it

Humidity here is insane. I have naturally crazy curly hair too! There's no controlling it so I hardly ever wear it naturally.

I use like a once-over application of some type of humidity specific hair spray, then I finger comb through my hair because otherwise, hairspray tends to feel hard or crunchy as you know. When I do that, it feels fine. Not hard at all, soft and easily moveable, but still stays in place. Then I use a dallop of S Factor styling souffle to make it smooth and shiny. :)

...I also have a feeling we've turned this thread in to something men no longer give a shit about. lol

Ooooh I'll try the S Factor souffle once I run out of what I just bought.

And who cares? We just made this thread interesting (to me, anyway :D )

You are my kindred spirit.

Pick, my hair was super dreamy last night. I razored it and made layers, then did this whole style! It was a hit! I took pics, but it was a party and I look tipsy :-)

Yes, I have a special hair razor that I use. I've been cutting my own hair (and others) for years. I went to a salon 2 x in the last year because I had gift cards or my Mom was taking me.
My hair is pretty thin so it's really easy to do it.

I havent worn my hair down in over 6 months

You're married to a doctor who's 15 years younger than you and you haven't worn your hair down in over 6 months?

You might as well start setting him up on dates with hot young nurses.

lol he likes my hair up

I dont know how moms of babies wear their hair down. My daughter attacks my head/face constantly. She would pull out chunks of hair if i wore it down

lol I remember that. I developed a tough scalp from having my mom rip brushes through my thick, always very tangled hair.

I would have knots the size of my fist in my hair, no kidding. My Abby has the same problem, poor kid. It is a fight every morning when I'm trying to fix her hair.

If it's already thin why would you razor it? That is a tool to thin out very thick hair. Even with very thick hair I don't think it's a great idea cause the way it cuts the cuticle of the hair leaves it pron to breakage.
