clomid and liquidex!!!

So I've tried searching and after a while of reading I still can't find my answer since its very specific. So if someone can clear this up and help me I would appreciate it.
So I ran test e only cycle for about 15 weeks. Took hcg only after cycle not while on.
So my question is now its time for Clomid and liquidex. I've read liquidex will help the rebound at the end of Clomid.
So how do I dose the two to avoid a second crash. Also I saw some people run the liquidex after Clomid.

get some clomid or nolva. and any AI you like...use both of those or 4-6wks to bring your T production back to where it was pre cycle.

I have Clomid and arimidex what doses do I run for both. I've heard you have to up the dose of the ai so when you are done with Clomid there is not a estrogen rebound..I just need the doses tiring and what to do near the end of pct so there is no rebound

Don't run Arimidex during pct!!!! It's used mainly during cycle! Get aromasin and run 12.5mg e3d during pct! Its a suicide inhibitor which will destroy estrogen that's built up on the receptors! It's ok you can still run your clomid with it 50mg everyday for 4 weeks

Don't run letro either unless you are super sensitive to estrogen sides like gyno!!!! Keep it on hand in case bro! Letro is serious stuff very potent it will literally bring your estro to ZERO!!! That's noooo good you need estro for muscle growth and well being and oh yeah SEX DRIVE bc letro will kill your drive
