each pellet contains 20mg of tren acetate and one cartridge contains 10 doses witch will give you 100 pellets

One Cart contains 2 grams of tren so 100 carts (if that's what you have) would be 200 grams. 2 x 100 = 200

One cart contain 2 grams but is 10 doses. So a 100 dose equals 10 carts and 20 grams of tren.

Old post but I figured it should be correct.
