Nagging: as dangerous to a marriage as adultery!

I don't and have never nagged. In the past (read, first marriage) I would ask for what I need/want (e.g., a project to be done around the house), once. I made sure my request had been heard, understood completely and what time frame my significant other required to take care of the task. I would then then triple that time frame and awaited task completion. Time and again he never failed to disappoint.

Has it ever occurred to any of you ADD twinkies that nagging stems from the fact that you don't do what you promise you will do when you promise you will do it? Gotta love selective memory

I had a guy tell me that I folded my towels the wrong way. He also complained about his sister in law and how she didn't have all the kid's toys picked up when her husband got home from work (she worked just got home earlier) even though the kids are still up and would still be playing. There are guys that still hold to patriarchy like that. Lol. Those guys nag.

Oh no I nag a bit, but usually hubby delivers so I dont have to nag much.... except when it's about him riding roller coasters, he thinks he can just do that again... *sigh*

lol I only said nagging isnt an issue for me currently.

Yes, ceo, us EF ladies are the only people who think in absolutes in favor of ourselves. You're totally right. No men nag, ever.

I don't think our point was to say we never nag, we're just pointing out what's necessary to say your idea that men never nag is total bullshit.
