I am trying to do a lean bulk right now shitty thing is its winter time so I'm really busy with work( northern Canada in oil fields) and am forced to pack a lunch. I have been eating a big breakfast or meal replacement shake usually make a few sandwiches or subway for lunch and bring snacks like almonds. And cook supper when I get home around 8-9pm. Anyone have any better suggestions to keep my calories and protien intake up?
