Fisrt Cycle Please Help

Need the experts pov. I'm 31 5'11 195 got a beer gut. Idk on my bf%, but its not high. I've been working out on and off since I was a teen. Most length of time spent in the gym my hole life was a year str8. Been keeping a moderate work out for 6 weeks now. Diet consist of eggs and oatmeal Chicken club sandwich for lunch and rice beans and chicken for dinner. and 3 shakes a day. Looking to start: test e at 500mg/ml a week mon/thur 1-10
dbol at 500mg/ml a week 1-4
hcg as rec week 1-10

pct
unleashed (need good dosage) week 10-12
post-cycle (need good dosage) week 10-12
forma-stanzol (need good dosage) week 10-12

From what I've heard this is the best way to go for pct. Please help me out. You honest opinions will be considered. I want to be as safe as possible. I was even thinking of dropping the dbol and just running the test. Hear thats the best way to go for a first timer.

also hcg doesn't need to be started week 1. start it week 3 or 4
 
I hope your dbol mg was a typo. For a first timer, I would run the dbol at 20-30mg ed. Start PCT two weeks after your last pin... PCT needs to be atleast 4 weeks long.. do PCT week 12-16. Run 2 servings per day of Unleashed/Post-cycle for PCT. As for Formastanzol, just read the directions on the bottle, its very clear on how to use for PCT. You should also run an AI during cycle.. expect a lot of bloating from a test/dbol cycle, as well as other sides.
 
@steve Does this sound like a solid cycle. An I read you post and some others about using forma threw the hole cycle and pct. Is that not a proper dosage of dbol.
@all in a year No the dbol wasnt a typo. But I'm thinking of running the test by itself.
 
I would recomend that you continue eating healthy and working out for at least a year before you start anabolics. You are not ready. You need to keep training and researching before you do more harm than good. I understand you are excited to run your first cycle and see nice gains, but try to resist the urge a little longer.

Even at 50 mg you're gonna blow up like a fish IMO. 25 to 30 mg will definitely get the job done, specially since this is your first cycle. You don't know how you're gonna react to the sides or worse yet might not be able to identify them as they appear. I didn't even use a kick-start (Oral at the start of a cycle) my first cycle and still saw amazing results.

The big point you should try and take away from this is:

The test you're in-taking with this cycle will do it's part, will you do your part? You're comment about having a kegger and not exactly keeping to a good training regime scares me but I don't feel anything I say is gonna stop you. Keep dedicated and push till you fail or I guarantee you'll end up jumping back on here asking why you're not getting the results you want and whether you should take more to remedy the situation.

fine tune your diet and lifting strategies. you said you had a beer belly, juicing isn't gonna fix that.. diet will though.
 
Despite my comment, I agree with Stevemi on this one completely for sure. If you have the will to fix your diet without the "motivation" of being on juice then by all means get it done naturally. You're first cycle will be so much more beneficial if you're body is in a healthy anabolic state from the start.
 
@weezy and steve yeah i'm probably gonna do it any way. thats why I'm really trying to educate myself. I was thinking of just running the test by itself cause I want to see how my body would take. I do have a doc in the family that can run my blood and liver test for me. Talk to her and she said just do it the right way. havent told her what i was thinking of taking yet thought I'd ask around then run it by her.
 
I assumed as much, drawing from how I felt approaching my first cycle honestly. Like I said before, just don't waste your first cycle, I swear it'll be one of the best you'll ever run.
 
^^^^ don't run dbol 500mg a day man. you will probably crash your liver and kill yourself, and I'm not exxagerating.

If this is your first cyc only and I mean ONLY run test. You hv no clue on how your gonna react.

Likewise if you hv a beer gut now just wait if you went with dbol you'd look like gupy that swallowed a ballon.

Ok, Im bein funny ah little but yea, dbol will bloat bad.

You could even run 300-500mg of test ah week.

An keep some letro/adex on hand in cass gyno shows.

Wheres you fish oil/krill oil and n2guard!? Keep ur bp in check/cloresterol levels
 
Yeah I'm gonna drop the dbol...Doing more and more research and seems like test alone for the first-time user is the best way to go. Looked into the n2guard and that looks like a good product, I was gonna get the Hawthorn and red yeast and the milk thizzles separate but n2 has it all together. As far as the adex/letro wouldnt forma cover that? And yes I do realize I need to eat alot better. Plan on eating alot of salads and veggies plus more fruits.
 
Well I love forma but what if it doesn't? What works for us may not for you. Always have extra on standy by. You could always use on different cyc
 
@ripp whats a proper dosage of adex and where do I pin? Do you know of a site I can purchase? If its a no bueno to post can you message me?
 
forged burner or need2burn are great products that will kill your appetite. just take a cap in the morning and you won't want to eat much during the day. great for people who have the munchies and want to shed some weight. I use them myself, not everyday, but on days I know I will have the munchies
 
My bf% is around 17...I would like to drop more bf. I'm not starting my cycle till mid jan. Dont have the extra $ now to buy the Forge Burner. Would it be fine if I started my cycle around 17%bf and added the Forge when I got on cycle?Trying to minimize gyno due to bf. I've heard that the higher some1's bf the more they are prone to gyno. You have spoke on this on other threads so it started researching more. Just looking to be safe then sorry.
