Small amount of gyno

So I have a small amount of gyno since I stupidaly fell off the wagon with the formastanzonol at the end and some rebounded. I have about 8 letro 2.5mg and like 5cabasar 1mg plus formastanzonol. Should I take 2.5 mg of letro eod. .5mg of cabasar Ed with formastanzonol or should I just use formastanzonol to clear up the last little bit?
