I'm new to this forum but def not new to riding tour de france.
Cycle history: Its been pretty simple stuff
1st - Sustanon250: 1-10 500mgs = kept 6kgs
2nd - Test Prop only: 1-6 150mg EOD = kept 5kgs
3rd - Need your opinions
I'm 22 years of age weighting in at 190lbs with 12-14% bodyfat? I can see ab lines but not abs lol so not sure.
I am very happy with my weight and where I'm at at the moment but i want to Lose the bodyfat and maybe maintain my weight size or maybe grow a bit i surely don't want to go past 200lbs. I do like the Lean look more.
3rd time riding the bicycle.
1-8 test E = 250mg a week
1-8 deca = 400mg week
1-6 Dbols = 10/30/30/30/30/10
1-8 adex = 0.5mg E3D
11-15 nolvadex = 40/40/20/20
Please good feedbacks only. I only threw in low test just to keep the man downstairs at bay after learning to cycle longer periods or shorter i do prefer the shorter period as i felt when i was on Sustanon250 i was dropping off around week 8-9 honestly TBH i felt like shit.
are the dosages too low, threw test in there for the man downstairs to function ? and i only got 8 weeks do i even need to throw in my adex for such low test ?
Calorie intake at the moment i'm trying to lose bodyfat so its about 1800-2200. on my surplus it'd be around 2600-3000 mostly weight gain shakes cause anymore food i would vomit, on my deficit or maintain days i dont even drink protein shakes i dont need it i get enough protein from diet .. I don't know how you big boys stuff your face in that much for calories.
Training routine
Monday : Push / tricep,chest
Tuesday : Pull / back, biceps
Wednesday : legs / 10x10 Squats, 4x10 Quad ext, Hammy curls 4x10
Thursday: off
Friday: shoulders, abs
P.S i know i'm young im turning 23 soon but honestly I'm going to cycle like every other mofo out there seen 18 year old kids talking about dbols like its nothing.. criticize my cycle -_- atleast i try have an idea.
