First of all I would like to compliment this forum/site for the general helpfulness of its members, I am a long time reader and first time poster now.
I have been lifting since I was 16, I started for school sports and seriously hit the weights around 22. I am 27 now and my statistics are as follows:
Height 6’2”
Weight is at 217lbs
Body Fat ~12%
Age 27
Over the last 2 or 3 years I have seen my size gains slow significantly but in the last year I have seen my strength slow as well, I feel I am as far as I can go naturally with regular workouts. So I am here to seek advice as to what are good products to take, I have a doctor lined up so I will be doing it under medical supervision but I need advice as to what is a good starting point.
I also need the same for supporting drugs I should take and also a good starting point dosage wise.
Also I ask that if a person is recommending a product please only recommend items you have tried yourself first.
