I do 75 mg 5 on 2 off. My experience so far has been that I get best effect by slightly higher dosage. Come Friday I have minor night vision problems however the two days off solves that. I used to run 50 ED and after 10 days of constant use I would have to hire someone to get me to the bathroom at night. Took me forever to adjust my eyes.

why did you bump to 75mg when you were already experiencing problems at 50 ?

My problems are not related to the amount I take but due to continuous use.. Ten days of constant use @ 50 gave me a lot of problems while 5/2 split@75 does not. I get the same problems at lower use as well so I rather stick with the 5/2 Split.
