Nada taking a break from studying up for an exam on friday. Gonna hit the cardio tonight. If I was supposed to HIIT on an eliptical how long should that session be if I did 25 second "sprints" and 35 second moderate paces
 
I just started since last week so far I been doing 17-25 mins.
2-3 min warmup
15-20 min of action
5 min cool down

Yesterday I got in 20 mins but I wasn't sure if that was enough I mean Im noticing a big difference compared to the cardio method I used to do but I figured I'd ask

Always shoot for a total of 30 min Cardio. As you get better increase time. Never less than 30 IMO its a waste
