When I'm on cycle i go by this...
BW x 12 to cut
BW x 15 to maintain
BW x 18-20 to gain
Now my wife is tryin to lose weight... (obviously not on any gear.. lol)
She weighs 177 at 5'7"
177 x 12 = 2124
Theres no way that can be right.. Is it a different formula for women?
