Advice on a cycle pls

Hey guys, I'm a newbie and was wondering if I could get some decent advice on a cycle I wanted to start.

I wanted to run deca, dianobol (10mg heart shape) with winstrol and primo.

Few guys at the gym I train at said it shouldn't be done but I wanted to be sure before I make a deccision. Any advice would be much appreciated and I'm sorry if It's a stupid question.
 
Those guys at the gym are right.. You are running two compounds that ppl use for bulking and two other compounds that are used for cutting and lean gains. And you are missing one BIG important aspect in that cycle. It's a base. It's up to you to do lots of research on steroids. It's not a game bro. You can do real damage.. What are your stats bro???? And what's your training and diet like.
 
First of all we need to know your age, weight and prior cycles experiences , how long have u been training , etc ,
Too many compunds for a first time which I'm assuming it is ..
 
Sorry guys! I'm 6ft 4" 85kg and I'm 24. My goal is to gain mass but keep it lean. I've been on sus n dec as my first course two years back and my second one was winstrol and primo. I train 5days a week and have a decent diet. I asked for advice on a different forum before an I got my head bitten off.

I personally wouldn’t touch that cycle with a ten foot pole. I know most people will tell you that you must add test with any cycle, and some don’t agree. But if you’re running deca which is super suppressive, then test is definitely a MUST. I personally would keep it simpler, like test and primo
 
No matter what the thread looks like if it does not include.
Age,weight,height, if its your first cycle,the number of cycles you have done,what past cycles looked like, how long you been training (hard core),your diet

And when I say diet I mean.

this is the exact amount of cals I take in each day. this is the exact amount of protein,carbs,and fat in grams a take in each day. I know this because I keep track of it to a T and have done so for months now.

Well then come back in 3-4 months when you have this information. Why? well you could try to move forward and get advice but more then likely any advice you get will be sub par.

I couldn't tell u down to the T if I'm honest and I havent been counting the amounts of fat or cals but protein is between 180g - 220g per day and carbs is around 260g - 300g.

check out fitday.com you can enter what you are eating during the day and it will tell you exactly what the breakdown is. It will also tell you what your BMR is so that you know what you need to feed your body for daily activities. Then you can make adjustments according to your goals. I know it might sound like a pain, but its better than wasting your money and health and fitday is free just takes a little time.

IMO if you want to get the most out of any cycle your diet is almost as important as your workouts if not more. With this info the bros on EF will get you dailed right in bro. Believe me its been working for me...
