Starting my first cycle... suggestions, ideas, tips are appreciated!

you train hard enough to run a cycle with lifts like that... there are much bigger guys on here that barely lift that much or not even...
anyone telling you you're not ready to cycle needs to check themselves...

Oh wow... thanks a lot man. I appreciate words like that.

That really pushes me forward now. A guy like you saying something like that makes me feel confident.

Your not gonna keep the size you put on from a cycle unless you workout just as equally hard, same sessions, same workout and your diet must stay the same. Its so common for people to be displined for 2-3 months while on cycle and then after there down they go back to eating 3 meals a day with protein and high carb intake and they wonder why they lose muscle. Biggest thing i can preach is prep your body for 4-6 months before hand get used to the healthy eating and lifestyle and then cycle, and this will help you maintain the healthy eating and habits instead of going back to the old you that trains for 2 months and takes 9 months off.

And yes twice a week because of the Test E half life as mentioned above. You will see more peak gains with more consistent blood levels. When your blood level is up and down, so is your body and your health!
Good luck

I don't really plan to diet much different from when I go on the Test E. But dieting super strict and then not reverting back would yield similar results anyhow. That's just the nature of dieting.

I already started a stricter diet then what I have been doing. I don't plan to make it any better or worse during and after the cycle. I obviously expect my gains to slow down once I jump off the sauce but I don't want to get weaker and lose a lot of what I gained. Some of the visual gains I made while on my cycle I do expect to lose but getting weaker and going down on lifts is what I really don't want to happen.

Is that what you're saying will happen?

that dosnt have to happen... i came off a tren cycle with very minimal PCT, and although i had a lot of calories going in, they were not very clean... i gained some bodyfat, but i was able to keep all my strength while off...
today i will be eating cheesecake... i like to be able to enjoy my life, and for me, dieting so strict is just a waste of my life...
i think bloke said it best... any calorie is better than no calorie...

So you've been doing steroids for a while, Moya?

Care to share some of your gains/experiences? What do you weigh now? When you say you gained some bodyfat, how did that effect your strength gains or "ripped" look?
