Hey guys
so last few weeks of ketosis now and I hit 9% on saturday andhave been using hgh for 6 week while cutting now at 2iu before bed and thought its been reallt effective and assistant on top of my cutting cycle and diet and cardio. Now I have 3 and a half weeks left of my keto diet and goal now is 9% to 6% in that time and now its time to go hardest of hardcore with the diet and upping the cardio from 90 mins to 110 mins for the last few weeks with a few more tightened screws on the diet. going to run clen too now to asist this my question is whats the est way dosage and way to use the hgh over the next few weeks?
Do I still use 2iu before bed under the belly button ? Or would a dosage of 4iu be better for fat burning ?
Also this morning upon rising before 70 min cardio I took 2iu of hgh and plan to take naother 2iu before bed ? Is this the best way for effective bodyfat burning or is just doing it all at once better? After my no fat carb refeed day with 4 no fat carbmeals I spilt over on the carbs and felt I looked awful the next few days and only starting to feel loking better now when I refed on sunday ! I seem to be hanging on to some flab under my belly button which is really annoying me I asked my friend whos pretty handy whenit comes to gear and knowledge and he told me hgh could easily be the reason iv hung onto the water and shit look and was doing me no favours while cutting using the hgh when i disagree cuz its been rpetty effective for the fat burning ?
So should I change my dosage or continue the way i was 2iu before bed under the belly button flab i can grab or should i split the dose of waking up and before bed? also continue injecting under the belly button ?
