I'm 28 5'6" 140lbs with about 7% bf. I realize I'm not ready to start and don't plan until at least the winter, unless my gains keep increasing then I'll put it off longer. You're exactly right though I do need to look more into it thus all the questions I have about it. I have my diet in check with no cheats and have a pretty solid regimen in the gym but still need to tweak it a little. I've always focused on strength and being cut and lean but this year I decided I want size to go with it. I'm happy with all the help all you guys give me and have no complaints. Everyone on here seems to be concerned for one another so we don't hurt ourselves and I think it's awesome.
