Needtogetaas Does CJC-1295
CJC-1295 is a tetra bond substituted analog of CJC-1288 (GHRH with 44-amino acids bond) with 15 aminos removed, leaving a total of 29 amino acids, and bound to DAC which is also known as Drug Affinity Complex, and CJC-1295 is often referred to as GHRH with Drug Affinity Complex which allows it to bind to albumin in plasma resulting in the preventing degradation.
In CJC-1295 DAC, the manipulation of growth hormone is with a D-Ala at the 2-position, a glutamine (Gln) at the 8-position, an Ala at the 15-position, and a leucine (Leu) at the 27-position.D-Ala, Gln, Ala, and position 2 creates a much
more stable peptide with the substitution at position 2 site to prevent DPP-IV cleavage, position 8 to reduce asparagine rearrangement or amide hydrolysis to aspartic acid, position 15 to increase biological action, and position 27 to prevent methionine oxidation. By utilising the Drug Affinity Complex technology to GRF, the peptide selectively clings to circulating albumin after subcutaneous injection, thus prolonging its half-life. (Professor Filimanov)
As you may notice it’s basically Semorelin with 15 amino acids removed. This was because semorelin degrades too rapidly to really make it a logical cost worthy option.
So researchers bonded it with an attached 3-maleimidopropionic acid orMPA unit, this results in binding to albumin after an exogenous injection into blood plasma, and creates a far longer half life, this is the DAC aka drug affinity complex I made reference to earlier.
