Calories while on Beast for PCT

PCT for beast cycle is bout to start, was wondering if calories should remain the same as while on, or if they should drop a bit in order to prevent fat gain? keeping as much s possible, while not adding any fat would be ideal. thank you all.

pct is forma, unleased/post. currently t about 3500 calories ed.

i'd definitely up them bro. atleast slightly. beast loves carbs also, and if you don't get enough you'll get lethargic pretty easily.

well plan was to do beast 4 weeks + 4 week PCT (8 weeks totl) and then start cutting... So in order to maintin gains from beast i guess i should maintain same calorie intatake while on PCT. once PCt is complete, ill significantly reduce them, in order to lean out.

oh wait i was under the impression you were talking about during the cycle. yeah I would still increase calories to retain gains

But for how long? I want to cut cals in order to lower bf %... How long after cycle can I begin to do that?

Thats the tricky part, your body has to adapt in keeping that extra muscle,I would do a 4 week run keeping training intensity heavy as possible. and gradually start adjusting to cut ,of course you will have to raise the protein alot and watch your carbs and not over do them.this is going to be trial & error as everyone responds differently ,so this is going to be a work in process in the learning dept!

Good Luck!

Wether your goal was fat loss or not, you should always up your calories during PCT. The main reason not even being to retain the lean mass you gained, but because it helps your hormones to recover. Eat some saturated fats as well, helps with boosting your natty test.

Thanks bro. That's kind of what I was gonna do, except that after 4 weeks of pct I was gonna cut calories fast... Or at least start some heavy cardio everyday.

I know I'll end up losing some gains while cutting, but that's why I've got that second cycle of beast for down the road:)
