Vasectomy and it's effects

Anyone here have a vasectomy affect your sex life in a negative way? I had mine a couple of years ago. Had to have it done twice. Anyhow, my orgasms don't have the same intensity, and after sex I go limp real quick. And it's like my sex drive is not even the same anymore. And I don't care what they say, you can tell a difference in the volume of ejaculate. My wife doesn't really know about this, I don't want to tell her and make her feel like it's her or worry about our sex life. I wish I would have never had it done now.
