What foods can you eat all day and not gain weight from?

I already have weight that I am trying to turn into muscle, so I am just concerned with keeping my weight as is. If you ate oatmeal all day would you get fat? I have heard eating bread can add a lot of weight, and same with drinking milk. Basically I am looking for something I can eat a lot of without getting any fatter :) Thx.
 
I would eat 10 small meals a day if you don't like to go long without eating.

If not, eat fiber one and chew like 60 times before swallowing. The chewing will make it seem like you ate more, and most of the carbs are from insoluble fiber
 
It has a high glycemic index, but popcorn is verrrry low-cal. Cause it's you know: air.
