B BigLou New member Feb 8, 2003 #1 check it i'm i'mbout 5'8" 165lbs. i'm trying to gain some weight i'm going to do a 8wk mass diet followed by a cutting stage. i have low body fat percentage and i want to get a bigger chest and define my abs. Any advice??

HANSEL New member Feb 8, 2003 #2 Are you looking to define Abs during the Cutting stage and build your chest during the bulking stage? Bulk: Eat alot(clean), lift alot, rest and repair alot. Cut: Eat BWx12, frequent small meals, Lift + cardio on off days, dont work abs everyday.
