Hi Guys.
I would like to know what type of milk I should use now that I am bulking. Should I use skim milk which has about 1 gram of fat or should I use whole milk that has 15 grams of fat and more calories.
My only concern is if I drink whole milk that I might start putting on to much weight around the waist. Mind you I have allready about 16% bodyfat. my other stats are 5'11 and 198 LB.
