R rettoforever New member Oct 15, 2003 #2 Sdd splenda and cinnamon for something sweet, fruit for some simple carbs, maple syrup, honey, or even some spices to "dress up" the flavor (takes place of salt). Otherwise, don't sweat the small stuff sodium-wise-- just drink a ton of water.
