How many grams of fat and protein in ground chuck beef which is 81% lean and 19% fat??

I bought some burger patties for my CKD diet and I need to know the exact nutritional contents.

There are 4 patties in the package and they weigh 1.3 lbs. So thats 20.8 oz. Or 5.2 oz each pattie.

I think 1 oz equals 28.35 grams.

So one patty equals 147.42 grams. That seems too much. If 81% is lean that would mean one patty has over 100 grams of protein.

I definitely screwed up somewhere??

yes that is the metric conversion rate for weight

for each 5.2 oz each patty
lean meat = 4.212 oz
fat = .988 oz

5.2 oz patty = 36.4g protein based on the zone

the zone recommends you count each ounce of red meat as 7g of protein

DDC recommends you count each ounce of red meat as 8.333g of protein

take your pick and buy meat with less fat!
