Just wanted some opinions from you all that are more experienced than me. I'm 5'6 175lbs. I'm trying to shed some bodyfat%. This is what my low carb meals look like:
7:00am - Cardio
9:20am - 4 eggwhites, 2 slices of lean smoked hickory ham
11:00am - 2 scoops of whey
12:00pm - 9oz ribeye steak w/lots of greens
2:00pm - 4 chicken breast tenders, w/lots of greens
5:00pm - 1 scoop of whey
6:00pm - workout
9:00pm - 1 can of tuna or 9oz salmon fillet
