following crumcake's orig diet, please review!!

I've been doing crum's original diet for a couple of months now, and have had some pretty good results, but seemed to have plateau'd somewhat. I'm subs. some salmon for the london broil, got too tired of eating it all the time. Hoping everyone's comments can help me out.

I'm 6 ft., 26 yr. male, 195lb. (from 215lb a couple of months ago). I'm hoping to get to around 175-180lb., especially since it's the summer. Here's my diet and training routine.

(protein/fat)
1. 8 oz. London Broil Steak/veggies (50g/21g)
2. 1 MRP/flax oil (55g/1.5g + 14g)
3. 8 oz. grilled salmon/veggies (45g/25g)
4. 1 serving pro blend 55 (55g/1.5g)
**workout**
5. 1 MRP (50g/1.5g)
6. 8 oz. grilled salmon (45g/25g)

protein=300g, fat=89.5g, (2005 calories?)
*these #s don't take into acct. the carbs from the veggies

This is about 1.5g protein/lb. of bodyweight, .46g fat/lb. of bodyweight.

My training:
weights 4x a week, jogging 3x a week @ 45min. (5 mi/hr=high intensity?)

From my calculations, BMR=2016.5 cal, AMR (highly active)=3629.7 cal, am I eating too much??

I would appreciate everyone's comments as I've learned much from this board, thanks!!
