    Hi there. I am new here. I've heard that doing many sets in one workout day is bad, but what if it's not enough for me to do just 6-9 sets. I'm used to doing 16-20. How many sets do you do?

    Hello, new person!

    You should ideally be performing 50-100 sets per day. Only 6-9 sets will cause muscular decay at best, and cancer at worst!

    Personally, I perform a minimum of 100 sets per day.
