it clearly says in the disclaimer that u should not buy the back-up tape if u don't own the original... if however u decide to buy the tape and u don't own the original, u are commiting the federal offense not me...as stated in the disclaimer.

In that case you're completely covered. You could probably stock a whole inventory and not have a problem.
