I've visited the AF store, and read plenty of posts about this stuff, but I cant find anything which tells me the dosing of the Yohimburn. Also many doses is there in it? How many applications per day?
there are apprx 220 pumps per bottle (1 pump=.5ml)
dosing will vary depending upon size of application site
most people apply once per day before workouts.
some people apply twice (in the AM, before workouts, before bed- one of those combinations)
Some body parts require multiple pumps though. So its not going to last you 220 days or anything like that. From my experience with that product and similar products if your very active with it, you'll get a month tops.
with "general use", ie several areas, a bottle will typically last 4-5 weeks. If just a small area like cheeks or under the chin, it can last a LONG time.
