What is the best brand of soy protein?

Isopure is Whey Isolate and he already said that due to stomach distress whey was out of the question.
 
Your best bet is to include Soy with other proteins...Soy is very good for bodybuilders since it is cheap, has a PDCAAS of 1 ranking it with Whey and Egg and contains more glutamine and arginine than whey and almost as much BCAAS. Plus it has a positive effect on your heart, thyroid, kidneys and cholesterol! Don't believe what you read at t-mag...the phytoestrogens in soy are so weak they act as anti-estrogens. Take a look at CLOMID its estrogenicty is well documented yet acts as an anti-estrogen.

This should shed some light on Soy as well as how the guys at biotest are a bunch of liars...first they say Methoxy 7 is the eastern bloc anabolic secret weapon and now it is a fat burner. They say GROW is the best MRP ever...then discontinue it?

soy protein sucks!!! tastes like ass and according to MANY scientists it has the lowest biological value and therefore sucks!! a blend of whey isolate, cacium caseinate and egg albumen is the best mixture, without soy!
 
Again OB1 you are showing your lack of knowledge. Soy has a PDCAAS of 1 and Biological Value is no longer used by scientist when testing proteins efficiancies. You obviously have not gone to the link at protein factory.com

protein factory my ass, the fact is; the majority of the scientific world believes that theBV is the most relative variable when determining which protein to ingest. Personally, nitrotech is a good source of whey protein, or prolab's pure whey is an economically smart choice for whey without soy.

Enough said...Nitro Tech is nothing but cheap whey and Pure whey by prolab is only about 65% protein...in comparisson, Soy Isolate is more than 90% protein...Again, you need to combine protein sources and including Soy can only benefit you...bottom line...OB1...quit your job at Prolab you little sucker!

Oh, by the way, the scientific community does not even use biological value when testing protein...they use PDCAAS or Protein Digested Corrected Amino Acid Score and Soy is up there with Whey and Egg! What bodybuilder does not want more glutamine, arginine and branced chain amino acids and a 90% protein or better that is good for your heart, kidneys, thyroid and that lowers cholesterol.
