Excerpt: I'm hearing about salt being a good thing because it contains iodine or something that's supposed to be good for us. Does this mean when I shop for a salt I should be looking for ones that are fortified with that element? And how much salt do you guys recommend you use daily

    Using salt as a supplement

    I'm hearing about salt being a good thing because it contains iodine or something that's supposed to be good for us. Does this mean when I shop for a salt I should be looking for ones that are fortified with that element? And how much salt do you guys recommend you use daily

    you should use salt and iodine daily it's important for thyroid

    The amount of salts you get in your foods everyday should be enough man also adding some 3D-Multi would help.
