    Should I stop taking supps when sick ?

    Have been sick since last week and I don't feel any better either. Should I stop taking protien, BCAA, Erase+DAA and only stick to multi and C & D3 vitamien until I feel healty again?

    fasting from all food and supplements causes autophagy in the body so the answer is absolutely

    you can consume some homemade bone broth but that is it. if you keep throwing things at your body that is only feeding the illness

    Yeah its better to fast when feeling ill. Gives your body more focus on fighting the infection.
