Shark Cartilage

I have never heard of it before, but a friend ask to find out if it really works. According to him it is suppose to ease joint pain. Can someone tell me something about this supplement?

yeah it works. My parents take it and they say that it works sure enough. I think it takes awhile to build up in your system and become effective though.

Also look at KNOX Gellatine. It does the same thing. good luck
