Can you give us an idea about how much caffeine there is in each caplet? I weigh 245 pounds and I usually try to limit myself to 200mg of caffeine at a time (sometimes 300mg). I would like to give Redblast a try but I'm not sure if I should go with 8 or 10 caplets.
