O OMEGA New member Sep 26, 2003 #2 right on. its one of those things that gets better and better as you take it therefor you want to keep supplying your body with it on a consistant basis. the first couple of weeks you should take it everyday (2-3 servings) then cut back to assess your needs please ask q's any time
