Does anyone know were i can get good soy protein bars? i am allergic to milk and whey

If you can't do milk or whey, you're still not stuck with soy. Try pricing turkey-jerky or beef-jerky that you buy in bulk at a place like Sam's Club or Costco. Probably work out to be cheaper on a per-gram basis than a protein bar.

there are certain whey proteins that are dairy allergen free they're pricy though

genisoy xtreme bars...only 9g of protein per bar...one of the few out there.

Genisoy is good and so are the Balance Oasis bars.

But bars aren't the best thing for you... FOGG88's suggestions are much wiser.
